Tell us what you need

Open the Swipr app or visit swiprapp.com. Browse service categories like cleaning, plumbing, electrical, HVAC, painting, lawn care, moving, or handyman work. Select the specific service that matches your needs.

You can add special instructions, upload photos of the issue, and specify any access details like gate codes or parking instructions.

Choose when

ASAP: Need help now? We will immediately start matching you with an available provider in your area. Best for urgent needs like plumbing emergencies, broken appliances, or same-day cleaning.

Scheduled: Prefer to plan ahead? Choose a specific date and time that works for you. We recommend scheduling at least 24 hours in advance for the best availability, especially for specialized services.

We match you with a pro

Our algorithm evaluates provider proximity, availability, expertise in your requested service, ratings, and historical performance to find the best match. You do not select a provider — Swipr handles the matching to ensure fast, reliable service.

Every provider on Swipr has passed identity verification and a criminal background check through our partner Certn. You will receive a confirmation with your provider’s first name and estimated arrival time.

Track and communicate

Track your provider’s status in real time through the app. You will receive push notifications when they are on the way and when they arrive. Need to share details? Use in-app messaging or masked phone calling — your actual phone number is never shared with the provider.

Service is completed

Your provider performs the work professionally. When finished, payment is processed automatically through your card on file via Stripe. No cash, no invoicing, no awkward payment conversations. You receive an electronic receipt instantly.

Rate and review

After every service, rate your provider on a scale of 1 to 5 stars and leave optional feedback. Your rating directly impacts provider quality on the platform. Providers also rate customers, creating mutual accountability that keeps the platform professional and respectful.
