Your safety is our highest priority. If you ever feel unsafe during or after a service, here is what to do.
If You Are in Immediate Danger
Call 911 immediately. Your safety comes first. After contacting emergency services, notify Swipr at support@swiprapp.com so we can take immediate action on the provider’s account.
Reporting Through the App
After a service, you can report a safety concern through the booking details screen. Tap on the completed booking, select “Report an Issue,” and choose the safety category. Describe what happened in as much detail as possible. You can also include photos if relevant.
What Happens After You Report
All safety reports are reviewed by our dedicated safety team, typically within 24 hours. Depending on the severity, we may immediately suspend the provider’s account, contact you for additional information, escalate to law enforcement if appropriate, and issue a refund if the service was affected. You will receive a follow-up communication about the outcome of the investigation.
Types of Safety Concerns
Safety concerns include but are not limited to inappropriate behavior or language, harassment or intimidation, unauthorized persons accompanying the provider, theft or suspected theft, property damage caused by negligence, the provider appearing to be under the influence of substances, or any situation where you feel threatened or uncomfortable.
Confidentiality
All safety reports are treated confidentially. Your identity is not shared with the reported provider. We take every report seriously and investigate thoroughly, regardless of whether the concern seems minor.
