Swipr Community Guidelines

Standards of conduct for customers and providers.

Swipr’s community guidelines establish expectations for behavior that create a safe, respectful environment for everyone on the platform.

Respect and Courtesy

Treat providers with the same respect and courtesy you expect to receive. This includes being polite and professional in all communications, being present and available at the scheduled service time, providing a safe and accessible working environment, and avoiding discriminatory, harassing, or threatening behavior of any kind.

Honesty and Accuracy

Provide accurate information in your account and bookings. This means giving a correct service address and access instructions, honestly describing the work needed (scope and complexity), providing truthful ratings and reviews, and not filing fraudulent refund claims or disputes.

Platform Integrity

Do not attempt to circumvent the platform by contracting directly with providers you meet through Swipr, manipulate the rating or review system, create multiple accounts to abuse promotions, or use the platform for any illegal purpose.

Consequences of Violations

Violations of these guidelines may result in a warning, temporary account suspension, permanent account termination, or reporting to law enforcement in serious cases. Swipr reviews all reported violations and takes appropriate action to maintain a safe and trustworthy community.
